Duration: Permanent Position

Location: Toronto, ON

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for defining and establishing the business processes and SAP configuration necessary to support Financial Applications.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 7 plus years experience with 2 plus Global ERP implementation projects through the entire project lifecycle.

  • SAP FI/CO implementation experience at the business and configuration level – 2 plus Global FI/CO implementations.

  • Have an expert knowledge ideally in FI – GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, EDI, Lockbox, credit card application is required.

  • Integration experience with SAP modules – CRM, SD, MM would be beneficial.

  • Leadership of a financial team including project planning and management experience for a broad financial scope.

  • SAP R/3 configurations in FI/CO, training, project lead and coordination, and documentation of development projects.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for development and implementation of CRM – CIC solution interfacing to SD & MM and other software solutions.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum of 5 years SAP implementation experience.

  • SAP CRM development experience (CRM Service) at the Interaction Center level with 2 full CIC implementations is required.

  • Experience with Java programming, Portal and CRM Web-UI is preferred.

  • Integration experience with SAP modules – SD, MM.

  • Direct working experience in the Services Business with thorough knowledge of the Service Business Sector processes, best business practices is preferred.

  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms are required.

  • Manage acquisitions.
  • Develop project work plans & identify critical path.

  • Schedule and manage project timelines and deliverables.

  • Manage project staffing and resource management.

  • Accountable to ensure that project is delivered on time, on budget and meet objectives.

  • Take appropriate action when necessary to ensure that targets are met.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum of 8 years project management responsibilities.

  • Managed SAP implementations at a management level.

  • Expertise in leading global full cycle SAP implementation projects.

  • Above average oral and written communication skills.

  • Proven leadership skills with a good track record in teamwork.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for HR configuration & implementation as well as the point person for SAP HR HCM/Payroll/Benefits related systems issues.

  • The role will also include support as well as on-going development of additional functionality, upgrades, documentation, process change, training, etc.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum of 7 years experience with 3 years SAP HR experience.

  • Experience with multiple HR / Payroll / Benefits Systems and Processes.

  • Extensive knowledge of Success Factors, Workforce - Time & Attendance.

  • Microsoft Office Products familiarity.
